● Online Booking: The online scheduling system is currently open through the end of December for all practitioners.
● Urgent Lactation Consultations: If you have time-sensitive lactation or breast-related concerns while Catherine is away, please contact her via WhatsApp at 778-772-1333. Although she will be outside Canada, she will do her best to provide general guidance or assist you in finding appropriate local resources.
● Urgent TCM: If you have time-sensitive TCM concerns while Stella is away, please contact her via WhatsApp at 6047615039. Although she will be outside Canada, she will do her best to provide general guidance or assist you in finding appropriate local resources.
● Medical Emergencies: For medical emergencies or rapidly worsening symptoms, please seek immediate medical care.

• Individual counselling (in-person & virtual): $160 • Couples counselling: $190
